Shutterbug Websites

Image
Shutterbug The website I looked  at was the Lens website. The intention of this website is to keep you up to date on the news around the world with photos helping demonstrate. They write about interesting news that has happened in the day including very good photos showing what is happening. I will add it to my bookmarks as I just read a very interesting piece on this man that took pictures of his cancer treatment. It really evokes emotion and tells a story without even having to read the text. More articles like this are bound to catch my eye. Yes, I would recommend this website to people that want to read about very weird and cool articles about stuff you usually don't see. I give it a 5-5 stars because I really liked reading the article and couldn't see any problems with it. I chose to show this photo because it shows the pain of a man that had to endure cancer. This photo makes you ask a lot of questions about what is happening to this guy. It also is attached to an ...

Selfies Vs. Self-Potraits

Image
Selfies Vs. Self-Potrrait A selfie is a picture that someone takes of themselves, usually coming from a smartphone. A Self-Portrait is a portrait created by the art of the artist. There is a bit of a difference Self-Portraits tend to be more professional and looks better than amateur phone pictures. I prefer Self-Portraits because they look better to me and I like the professionality of the Self-Portrait. I think Self-Portraits are more important because it better emphasizes the time and history of the photo. Selfies are more important thought for out media culture as it is used a lot.

Best of 2018

Image
Best Song of 2018: This song was the best of 2018 because it addressed many issues in the America we live in today. It was very powerful with the lyrics and the music video. When this video first came out it took the internet by storm. It was the only thing people would talk about for an entire day which is very hard to do. Best Movie of 2018: My favorite movie of 2018 was You were never really here. This movie was my favorite because it was very unique. There was very limited dialogue as well as limited verbal backstory telling. You learned about his past in flashbacks that really make you feel connected to the movie. Joaquin Phoenix delivers a very stellar performance making us really resonate with the character and understand him. Most Important News Story:  To me this was the most important news of the year. The parkland shooting devastated the nation and brought together many people to protest gun laws. They want a new gun reform and this news pushed them ...

I like this photo because I watched this game so I understand the photo. The player is overjoyed to win and just gives you a really good feeling.
